USB salt lamps have colour-changing LED light bulbs hence does not produce any heat. This Mini USB Salt Lamp is designed with an inbuilt cord to plug into a computer and rest upon a desk or small table

Because USB lamps do not produce heat the salt does not release negative ions to purify the air like electric salt lamps and tea lights do.

USB salt lamps are mainly used for their metaphysical properties. Himalayan salt has similar properties to Rose Quartz promoting unconditional love, self-love and also protection from negative energies and destructive environments.
