There are two was to redeem your crystal points.
1. On the checkout page, you will see an option to Apply Loyalty Discounts.
2. Convert your Crystai Points to Store Credits.
Go to your My Account page and find the section called My Crystal Points. On that page you will see your crystal points balance and you will see the option to convert those points into store credits. The store credits can be used on the checkout.
